-Please note that if you do not have a copy of the most recent deed, an additional charge may be added if the deed must be purchased from the county recorder. Most counties charge a fee of a few dollars per search/copy.

- Costs can include: County Recording Fee, E-recording fee, City exempt fee and Mailing fees.

-We record deed anywhere in Illinois. Recording fees vary by county. Check county recording fee schedules here:

-Clients may come into our office where the deed will be signed and notarized. Clients may also sign and have the deed notarized on their own, however payment will be required in full prior to providing the deed.
