Option 1

Drafting, Signing, Notarization and Recording Services (Full Service)

Our most comprehensive option for transferring properties. This option allows clients the most hands-off approach. After filling out the Deed Request Form and paying the required Full Service deposit, our firm will draft the deed and schedule a signing. At the signing, any changes you would like to make to the deed can be made, and we will provide the Notary services. Once signed, our firm will record the deed for you, and mail both the original and recorded copy to you once received. 

Option 2

Drafting Services (Deed only)

Our most expedited option for property transfers. This option is the quickest way to have a reliable, professional Quit Claim drafted and delivered to the client. After filling out the Deed Request form and paying the Upfront Cost, our firm will draft your deed and provide you with an electronic copy of the document. This option allows clients to sign and have the document notarized when and where they prefer.
